USA Patriot Act Notice – Customer identification program
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. This means we'll ask you for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you when you open an account with us. We will also ask for your driver's license number and other identifying information.
Privacy notice and affiliate marketing opt-out notice
Our Privacy and Opt-Out Notice describes Farmington Bank's practices for handling your personal information and the steps we take to protect it. You will receive a paper copy when opening a new account or applying for a product or service. Additionally, for your convenience, you can view and print a copy of the Privacy and Opt-Out Notice online. The completed form can be dropped off at your local branch office or mailed to the address on the form. Please note that if you are mailing your completed form, it must be sent in a separate envelope and should not be included in any other correspondence.
At Farmington Bank, we know how important it is to protect the confidentiality of the information our customers and web site visitors provide us online. The Privacy Section of our Electronic Banking Agreement describes how we protect your online privacy.
