Part Time Service Associate (Teller)
The Service Associate provides exceptional customer service, while performing a variety of customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments as well as performs other functions, consistent with bank policy and regulations.
The following questions should be answered in your cover letter:
Branch hours are: Mon through Wed 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; Thur and Fri 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Sat 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

- Have you ever worked in a bank or a credit union? If so, for how many years?
- Have you ever worked in a retail environment? If so, for how many years?
- Have you had any formal sales training?
The Service Associate provides exceptional customer service, while performing a variety of customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments as well as performs other functions, consistent with bank policy and regulations. Service Associates identify sales opportunities; cross sells products and services including referrals to branch sales team and brokerage personnel. Candidates have to possess an outstanding personality and concern for answering every customer question and resolving issues.
The candidate should have at least a high school education or equivalent and three (3) to six (6) months or more of experience as a bank or credit union teller or service associate. Retail sales experience is beneficial. Computer skills including Microsoft Windows: Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet knowledge are required. Basic math knowledge is necessary. Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
